  Linda L. Yeich holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University.  Over the past forty years Linda’s background consists of working as a paralegal in real estate and estate administration matters and having obtained her Pennsylvania Title Agent License.  Linda conducts hundreds of residential and commercial real estate closings each year throughout Pottsville, Schuylkill County and the surrounding counties of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

 Michael D. Solt Jr. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Systems and Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University. His academic background provided a strong foundation in both business operations and technology, which continues to inform his approach to the title insurance and real estate settlement process.

Mr. Solt’s early exposure to the title industry began through his family’s long-established title search company serving Carbon and Schuylkill Counties. Working closely with this operation, he developed a deep understanding of title examination, local recording practices, and the importance of accuracy and efficiency. He continues to support the firm by assisting with technology initiatives and addressing complex title-related questions as they arise.

After beginning his career in information technology within the financial services sector, Mr. Solt transitioned into the title insurance industry by managing a regional bank’s title insurance company. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, the bank expanded its footprint into Florida, while his title operations grew to cover Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. During this time, he conducted hundreds of residential and commercial real estate closings, successfully navigating a wide range of title issues and transaction complexities.

Today, Mr. Solt serves as a trusted title concierge, focused on maintaining an efficient, transparent, and well-coordinated title process. He is committed to minimizing stress for all parties involved and ensuring transactions proceed smoothly, even in the most challenging circumstances. His blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and client-focused service supports consistent, reliable outcomes in every closing.
